Nutrition: A required workshop for all runners and at least one parent/guardian during the summer. Two sessions will be offered for ease of scheduling. Included will be a discussion of a “recovery food kit” that each runner must have every day. What is a balanced diet and how many calories, protein, carbs, etc are required by high school girl runners.
